All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is a delay or issue with your order (for example, an out-of-stock item), we will notify you immediately by email.


2. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier performance.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
In some cases, free shipping may be offered during promotions or on specific products.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery status online.


5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Please include photos of any damaged items or packaging when applicable.


7. Local Pickup

Local customers may request in-store pickup. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm product availability and pickup time.
