Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging.
- Items showing signs of installation, wear, or damage cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used wheels and tires.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Custom-ordered or special-size products.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
